Everyone seems to be going green these days, and designers from all around the world are coming up with unique and interesting green creations. Undoubtedly, bicycles are by far the most eco-friendly means of transportation. They are easy on the environment, perfect for the health of the user and at the same time can help you save those extra bucks spent on your cars. Here we have the 10 most amazing green concept bikes. Hit the jump to see them all.

1. The Wind–Solar Energy Bike:

Chen Chun Tung’s new concept bike is an answer to the uphill riding problem faced by most bikers. The battery is brought into use while the rider is maneuvering an uphill terrain or is simply exhausted.

2. The Wave:

Inspired by the shape of waves, this concept bike designed by industrial designers Gegi Primanata and Rinda Setiawan is built mainly to attract active and sporty individuals. The Wave, which saves on fuel and emissions, comes equipped with a distinctive surfboard carrier permitting the user to ride the bike with both hands.

3. The Tetris:

The folding bikes are the new buzz owing to its less storage space requirement, competence and environmental concerns. Designer Danilo Mangini’s Tetris is intended to improve mobility within cities. The eco-friendly pedal-powered concept bike can be transformed into a trolley when not riding.

4. The STEM:

The STEM is a result of Tobias Bexten’s innovative and futuristic thinking. The three-wheeled electric commuter bike is powered by electric motors and runs on lithium-ion batteries, which can be easily charged at various charging locations throughout the city.
